American actor Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge. Her acting career began by playing supporting roles in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). She then played reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt and also played a minor role in the short-lived television series The Ex List. She starred as a young Moira O'Hara on the first season of FX's American Horror Story, and as Kaylee in the third season. Jessie Anderson was the character in AMC's The Walking Dead. Sophie was the character she played in NBC's This Is Us. She is also the voice of various characters in the comedy show Family Guy. She is currently voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe who is a character from Netflix's series Virgin River. Breckenridge resided in Darien, Connecticut, until when she was 10 when she and her mother moved to California. lived for a year before settling in Mill Valley. Breckenridge was 13 years old when she first began to pursue an interest in acting, photography and singing. Breckenridge re-located to Los Angeles with the help from her mother, who was 15.
